• Tilts (Right and Left Side)

• Front Leg Hold (Right and Left Side)

• Needle/Panche (Right and Left Side)

*Please demonstrate using hands and no hands*​

• Front Kick (Left and Right Side)

• Straight Front

• Kicking to the Corner (Support leg straight and bent)

• Side Kick (Right and Left Side)

• Fan Kick (Right and Left Side) - Supporting leg straight and bent

Jumps:

• Split Jumps (Right and Left Side)

• Switch Splits (Right and Left Side)

• Russians (Right and Left Side)

• Arabesque (Right and Left Side)

• Firebird (Right and Left Side)

• Tilt Jump (Right and Left Side)

• Calypso (Right and Left Side)

• Fan Kick (Right and Left Side)

• Pirouettes (Right and Left Side) - Inside and outside

• Turn out pirouettes (Right and Left Side)

• Pique (Right and Left Side)

• Coupe (Right and Left Side)

• Fouettes, seconds and attitude (Right and Left Side)

• Left Hold Turns (Front and Tilt - Right and Left Side)
