A fun filled hour of fitness that will encourage the use of all muscle groups while getting a great cardio workout, including 20 minutes of added resistance to target core and fine tune muscles.
Your instructor, Ruth has 31 years experience in dance and cardio training and has been a student of Cathy's for 25 years. She is also a certified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer.
This class will run Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Only $25 per month (twice weekly) September to June.
